<p><em>Asset inventory management at LAZNAS Sahabat Yatim is currently still done manually using Google Sheets spreadsheets, which is prone to input errors, data duplication, and inefficiencies in asset tracking. This study aims to design and build a website-based inventory input system integrated with automated asset coding to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of asset management. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a Waterfall development model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system was developed using the PHP programming language, the CodeIgniter framework, and a MySQL database, with a website interface directly connected to the Google Sheets API for data synchronization. The results show that the system successfully generates automated asset codes based on category, location, and registration order, and facilitates faster and more accurate data input. Functional testing (black-box testing) of the inventory input and asset coding modules showed a 100% success rate. <p><em>This study discusses the design and development of a web-based and mobile visitor management application to improve the efficiency and security of guest visit management at the ADR Group industrial complex managed by PT. Adrindo Intiperkasa. The previous system still used manual recording with guest books and ID card exchanges, which were prone to errors, delays in reporting, and difficulties in real-time tracking. The application was designed using the Waterfall model as the development method, with a web platform (Bootstrap and React) for guest registration and administration, and a mobile platform (Flutter) for security officer validation through QR Code scanning. This system includes features for self-registration, multi-point validation, guest movement monitoring, and data reporting. Test results show that the application is capable of accurately digitizing the visit process, reducing verification time, and providing complete activity logs. <p>The development of information technology has significantly influenced business operational activities, particularly in data management that requires accuracy and rapid access. PT Boss Mobil Indonesia still records vehicle stock manually, which often leads to data errors, duplication, and delays in updating information. These conditions reduce the effectiveness of inventory monitoring and customer service performance. Therefore, this study was conducted to develop a web-based stock management information system that supports structured and real-time vehicle data management. The development method used in this research is the Waterfall model, starting from requirements analysis to system testing using the blackbox method. The testing results show that all system functions operate according to user needs, including vehicle data management, stock status updates, and inventory report generation. <p><em>The management of waqf donors (wakif) and donation data at Wakaf Al Azhar Institution was previously carried out semi-manually, resulting in data duplication, difficulty in tracking donation history, and delays in reporting. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for waqf to improve donor relationship management. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap with main features including wakif data management, donation recording, wakif categorization, and donation reporting. This study discusses <strong>the design of a web-based Student Exam Score Information System</strong> using <strong>the Waterfall Method</strong> as a software development model. The development stages include needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed to make it easier for teachers to input scores, minimize data processing errors, and provide fast and accurate access to information for students and school officials. The results of the design show that the information system that was built is capable of managing score data in a more structured manner, increasing the efficiency of the assessment process, and supporting the transparency of academic information. <p><em>The New Student Admission System (SPTB) is a critical administrative process that determines the initial success of student management in schools. However, the manual implementation of the SPTB previously applied at SMK Bina Rahayu Depok caused various issues, including delays in the registration process, data entry errors, difficulties in archive management, and a lack of transparency in the selection process.</em></p> <p><em>This study aims to design and implement a web-based New Student Admission System using PHP Native and MySQL. The system development method employed is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The developed system provides features such as online registration, payment verification, complete biodata entry, document uploads, and applicant data management by administrators.</em></p> <p><em>The implementation results indicate that the system reduces data entry errors, accelerates the verification process by up to 60%, and improves communication effectiveness between applicants and administrators through the integration of the WhatsApp API. System testing also confirms that all functionalities operate according to requirements. <p><em>Inventory management of network devices is a critical aspect in supporting the operational performance of telecommunication companies; however, PT Primelink Communication has experienced various challenges due to the use of manual and non integrated inventory management methods, which potentially lead to data inaccuracies and operational inefficiencies. This study aims to design and develop a web based network device inventory management information system that is capable of managing asset data in a structured, real time, and integrated manner. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages, and utilizes web technologies with a centralized database while supporting multiple user roles, including administrators, warehouse staff, and technicians. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all functionalities operate in accordance with the specified functional requirements. <p>Inventory data management at PT. Sumbersolusi Telko Perkasa is still done manually, often resulting in inaccurate information, data redundancy, and delays in the reporting process. This study aims to design a web-based inventory data application as a solution to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data management. The prototyping method is used to ensure the developed system meets user needs through the stages of initial design, evaluation, and refinement based on feedback. The application built includes features for inventory data recording, stock management, data search, and automatic report generation. The implementation results show that the system is able to accelerate data processing, reduce recording errors, and provide real-time information. This system was developed as a solution to the problems faced by the company, namely the manual personnel administration process which causes delays, data duplication, and difficulties in monitoring employee performance. The system development method used the waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The technologies used in development include PHP and MySQL for the backend, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the user interface. The result of this internship is a web-based HRIS prototype that provides features for employee data management, attendance, task distribution, and performance monitoring reports. With this system, the employee administration and supervision processes at PT. <p>Perkembangan teknologi pembayaran digital di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, khususnya pada penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). Salah satu metode pembayaran QRIS adalah Customer Presented Mode (CPM), yaitu metode di mana pelanggan menampilkan kode QR untuk dipindai oleh sistem merchant. PT Jatelindo Perkasa Abadi sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang layanan teknologi pembayaran memerlukan sebuah aplikasi simulasi untuk menguji, memahami, dan mendemonstrasikan alur transaksi QR CPM sebelum diterapkan pada lingkungan produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi web simulasi pembayaran QR CPM berbasis web menggunakan framework Zend Framework dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian fungsional. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi web yang mampu melakukan simulasi transaksi pembayaran QR CPM, pengecekan status transaksi, pencetakan struk, serta pengelolaan laporan transaksi. This practical work aims to design a web-based academic system to improve the efficiency of data management and school information dissemination. The results show that the web-based academic system is able to facilitate the management of student data, grades, learning schedules, and the delivery of school information quickly and accurately. The system also improves the work efficiency of teachers and staff and makes it easier for students and the public to access academic information. <p><em>The Engineering Department of Gedung Jaya plays a vital role in building facility maintenance. However, the current inventory management and material request processes are still conducted manually using paper forms and ledger recapitulation. This causes various operational problems, such as data inaccuracy between records and physical stock, slow request approval processes due to manual validation, and difficulties in generating real-time monthly reports. This study aims to design and build a web-based warehouse management information system to address these issues. The system development method used is Waterfall, utilizing Native PHP programming language to ensure lightweight system performance, and a MySQL database. The result of this study is a warehouse application capable of managing master data items, processing technician requests digitally, handling approval management by the admin, and automatically printing critical stock reports.
